Idea One - RTS Game

An RTS where you have to build around controlled nodes.

Base Building would be similar to Halo wars where you have a set number of positions to build at and in order to make new buildings you would have to capture a new node, that is CONNECTED to the last node.


There would be One type of resource - mass. Mass would be used to construct units and buildings. These mass points would act similar to Supreme Commander's mass extractors.

There would be two types of units. Air and Ground.

Fighter, Bomber, Transport.

Engineer, Tank, AA, Artillery.

And there would be 

There would be 6 buildings.

Auto Turret, Cannon Turret

War forge, Technology Center, Base Center Structure, Airport

Technical requirements:

13 Unit and building meshes - doable since they would be static meshes with coded animations.

Asset pack foliage.

2 or so skirmish maps.

Scripts:

Unit movement

Projectile control

User controls

UI controls

A script for each unit and building.

Mass point script

Base point script

Player stats - amount of resources - list of controlled units - that kind of thing.


Idea Two - Island Chain Capitalism

You are placed on a island in the ocean. There is a bridge that connects you to another island. You have to farm things that the other island cannot so you can trade for the things that you cannot farm. While farming you will be attacked by crabs, seagulls, and turtles. Beat them off to allow the crops to grow.

The things you grow or trade for can be used to build upgrades for your island.

Fence for defence.

Raised beds for higher health plants.

That kind of thing.
